Is Diesel n' Steel free to play?
Yes. The game is free on Roblox and the free Sarao Custombuilt Model 2.0 starter jeepney costs no in-game cash.
What is Diesel n' Steel about?
You drive jeepneys on public transport routes through the Philippine province of Bulacan, competing for passengers, calculating fares and running a vehicle as a business.
How many routes are there?
Three, and all of them start and end in Bulakan: Guiguinto-Bulakan, Balagtas-Bulakan and Malolos-Bulakan via Atlag.
How much is the base fare?
PHP 13, which covers the first four barangays. Each barangay after that adds PHP 2, and students and senior citizens pay PHP 2 less.
Which jeepney should I buy first?
None. Drive the free Sarao Custombuilt Model 2.0 until you can afford the DF Devera at PHP 50,000, which seats more and earns more than anything else in the game.
How do I make money fast?
Full loads on the Malolos route. A full DF Devera returns PHP 735 to 875 per trip.
What keys do I use to drive?
Shift is the clutch, F starts the engine, E shifts up and Q shifts down. Horns are H and J, the flash is G, hazard is X, and Z and C are the indicators.
Why will my code not redeem?
Either you are under 500 EXP, the code expired, or the capitalisation and spacing are wrong. Codes are case-sensitive and single-use.
Where do I get a licence?
From the LTO Officer in Guiguinto. The exam is 31 questions and you need 80 percent to pass.
How much is the LTFRB franchise?
PHP 5,000, and it requires a licence first. A route change costs another PHP 500.
What is sabit?
Riding outside the seated capacity, hanging on the rails or the rear. It earns extra fares and it is a violation, so turn off "Allow Sabit" before a checkpoint.
How long is the Malolos route?
About ten in-game kilometres each way, the longest of the three.
What is the best engine?
The 4HK1 twin turbo at PHP 32,500 for power, or the 4JK1 at PHP 5,500 for economy at 12 kilometres per litre.
Do gas prices change?
Yes, every Tuesday, following real Philippine fuel rates.
How do I get reputation points?
They build up through play. The VIP game pass doubles the rate.
Can I play as something other than a Driver?
Yes. Barker, Conductor, Operator and Citizen are all available, and the role differences are on the roles page.
