The Sarao Model 2.0 is the free starter. The DF Devera at PHP 50,000 seats the most and earns PHP 735-875 on a full Malolos run. The XLT-AUV is PHP 67,000 and the Milwaukee PHP 75,000.
There are six jeepneys in Diesel n' Steel and they span a very wide price range: two are free, one costs the equivalent of a week of hard runs, and one costs PHP 75,000. The choice is not about which looks best. It is about seats, because your fare income is the number of seats you sell multiplied by the route you sell them on.

What the table actually says
The DF Devera is the best earner on all three routes and it costs half of what the Milwaukee does. It seats more than anything else in the game, at 32 plus 3 with sabit, and its net weight is not the heaviest.
The Milwaukee and the XLT-AUV sit in an awkward middle: both cost more than the Devera and neither earns as much. The Milwaukee's appeal is the classic build and the 22 plus 2 capacity rather than the balance sheet. The XLT-AUV sits between them with 26 plus 3 seats.
The two Sarao models are your starting point. The V1 is the Alpha-era vehicle, exclusive to players who joined during alpha testing, so most players will never see it in their shop. The Model 2.0 is the free starter everyone gets, and it has the widest set of attachment options.
Sabit and why it matters
Sabit is riding outside the seated capacity, hanging on the rails or the back. It adds seats to several models, including the free Sarao's 3 and the DF Devera's 3, and it is toggleable in the jeepney settings under an option usually labelled "Allow Sabit".
It is also a violation. Exceeding the authorised passenger capacity carries a fine, and the LTO checkpoint between 7am and 6pm at Triple Junction in Matungao is where that gets checked. The fix is to switch sabit off before you reach a checkpoint. The fine table is on LTO violations and fine prices.
